[Resolved] Federal Bank — federal bank didn't get money from atm but deducted amount from my account | |
On 7th dec 2018 i tried to withdraw money using the federal bank atm card from an atm machine of dhanalakshmi bank pulassery branch (Palakkad dist). First times i tried to withdraw 3500 hundred rupees and second time i tired to withdraw 2000 thousand. Then i didn't get money and i received two message that 3500 hundred and 2000 thousand rupees is deducted from my account. I m already report the same to your toll free number and the guy gave a token no (458875). But still there is no reversal of my 5500 hundred rupees to my account. On 7 Dec I used my debit card in corporation bank . After transaction processing I got only receipt and Ididn't get money and money deducted from my account please check and refund my money.

I try try to withdraw 10000 from State Bank ATM and I got a error message transaction timed out, I tried 2 to 3 times, but the same error repeated, but the amount 10000 debited from my account and I am also getting sms for that, but I didn't receive my money.please refund my amount as soon as possible.i am in urgent need, but your system irritates me at that time.i also try to contact customer care, but your customer care numbers are not reached.please contact me at [protected] or please provide working customer care number
