[Resolved]  Federal Bank — money deduction 8000 rs

I got a call from shine.com for some job opportunity. I was interested so i asked for the process, they said to do registration on their website shine.com by just paying rs10. As it is the authorised site i had no doubt for entertaining them.
I tried for the registration but when i was paying rs.10 through my debit card it was not getting successful. I tried this around 2-3 times.
But suddenly i see that money got deducted not rs.10, i lost 8000rs.
Kindly help to get the refund. Hoping to get some valuable response.

I have been trying to transfer funds may be beacuse of network error the recipient didn't recevied funds but the money debited from my account. And its showing queued transaction from more than 1 hour. Refund the money into my account. Asoon as possible

I am student studying in Kyrgyzstan i tried to withdraw 300 USD from my federal bank forex card (supercard) but cash didn’t withdraw and amount was deducted from my account I am contacting fedral bank they are not responding what should i do now as i am student i am facing problems here
