[Resolved] Federal Bank — recharge success from fedmobile app but not recharge yet

My account no is [protected]. I recharged my mobile no no. But after 1hr no recharge recieved. I contacted the customer care but they said to wait for 5 days. Maybe a refund will issue then they take necessary step. Its occurred often time as transaction failed money deducted or trasaction success but not received yet. Please help me as soon as possible.

I have made a transaction of 6000 rupees from Federal Bank via Mobikwik Application to Airtel Payments Bank.The amount is debited from my Federal Bank account but not credited to the beneficiary account .I didn't get refund or credit back to the beneficiary account
