Respected sir, Case regarding awb :[protected] We already submitted required kyc and shipper side amendment and revised invoice before 14 days from today. Till today customer care representative only reply everyday that we are waiting from custom. We already called fedex customer care everyday in last 14 days for follow up and also complain higher authority also, we are fed up of this matter now, also not getting proper answer and process from your side. We raised complain with cargo custom commissioner, delhi also yesterday and also talked with this shipment.
