I have a similar complaint against fine furniture.
These guys have not delivered my sofa & wardrobes past a month & committed date was 5 days.

If we call them or visit them in store they dont respond. Simply arrogant.
They have already taken my 50% amount.

I dont know how long i have to wait for getting my furniture.

Also now after reading these comments i am scared about the quality also : (

Amkr's response Very poor quality, you will realise once you buy it. Their products have manufacturing defects which they will not fix it. They will give you runaround. They give a new number each time you contact them.

They trap you by taking you advance and forget about the delivery of furniture and do not expect them to be polite once you have paid them.
