Firstcry — amount debited but order not placed | |||
On 22.12.2019, i placed two orders of amount ₹1016.34 & ₹901.95. I made payment through google pay of both the amounts but due to technical issues both the payments was declined and orders got cancelled. Then i made payment through net banking of both the amounts but only one order of ₹901.95 was confirmed. For the other debited amount of ₹1016.34 no order was showing. Now despite providing all the relevant proofs like message from bank and my bank statement which clearly shows that amount has been credited towards them i didn't get my refund till date. Everytime i call or mail them they ask for the one or the other query. I want my refund that's it. Was this information helpful? | |||

This is how they are doing business??
Despite providing all the relevant documents of debited amount this is what I get. No resolution and no refund.
Now I m going to send a legal notice.
