[Resolved]  Firstcry.com — Delivered defected product and not accepting return

Dear Team,

I have ordered tricycle from Firstcry.com for my daughter and received defected product. Immediately I raised a return/replacement request and its getting rejected. I got a call from firstcry.com customer care executive and told me that they are planning for assembly service which which I will get the product corrected but I did not see any progress since one week.

I have packed the product and keeping it with us by stopping my daughter to not to open that. Please do the needful As Soon As Possible.
