[Resolved]  Firstcry.com — Non-delivery of products of prepaid order

Address: Firstcry (Digital Age Retail Private Limited) , Rajashree Business Park Plot, No 114, Survey No. 338, Tadiwala Road, Nr. Sohrab Hall, Pune- 411001.

I have made the prepaid order on 20th of August, 2025 which was scheduled to be delivered on 21 August, 2025. They did not deliver the order, no courier person contacted me, but the order status is showing delivered. I did not receive any product from firstcry. In spite of several complaints, they are not refunding my money nor they are delivering products. It is my earnest request to respected consumer helpline to take action on these immediately. Such unprofessional and harassing behavior from such a reputed brand of baby and mother-care products is unacceptable and intolerable.
