This regarding my order id - 2701518RJOAF77CD1. Which was delivered on Saturday 24th June 2023. The products colour was totally different from how it was on the site and the quality too was pretty inferior. I placed a return request on Sunday the 25th of June 2023. As per the screenshot attached I was advised that the item will be picked up from the address on my record…..I waited until the 7th of July 2023 for someone to contact me regarding...

I had ordered cor cum Rocker and received damaged product. Upon several complaint team told either to go with replacement or fresh issue of only damaged part.
Issue of damaged part was told to be quick as they had parts a available with vendors compared to replacement which might take even month or more.
Now it's already 10 days and the only updatevi get is team is working on my request.
I have asked for an ETA or cancellation...

The product looks cheap for the amount paid and also it doesn't fit me. They are not accepting the return by stating hygeine issues. I wonder how...

I am not sure what is happening with it and there is no way to contact the customer care and the website support is just directing me to digital support which is not giving the correct...

First cry gives fake delivery date and time once we order it and requires the product on time. first cry cancel it or deliver it after 4 to 5 Days late .and customer care only says sorry for the inconvenience they should penalized for this kind of service ....

I bought the babyhug tricycle and when I received the product some important part was missing from the packages so I raised the replacement complaint on 2nd may. Now after that I got few calls regarding they provide the missing parts but it took 6 days to take photo of missing part and no further action has been taken so I ask them to provide full replacement of the product. But even after 13 days has passed no one come to pickup...

I ordered BabyHug puzzles worth Rs. 319 approx and instead received Minion masks worth Rs. 85.

Dear Team,

Firstcry got my returned product at their warehouse and their courier partner also confirmed it. Few of their customer service executives talked to me and ensured me that I will get my refund within 10 days but it's been 1month but they didn't refund me yet. I am 7 years old regular customer of their site. Now I am very disappointed and harassing for me.

Please do the needful as early as possible...

Received a message from Xpressbees that order has been delivered. Called the delivery guy, he is not picking up the call. Order has not been delivered....
