[Resolved]  Firstcry.com — Firstcry is showing order status delivered but actually product was not delivered to me.

I had ordered 5 items (2 trousers and 3 sets of T-shirts and half pants) for my kid from First Cry. The order was placed on Monday, 18th Sep 23, 7:18 PM | 5 Items. The order Number was 6627542VSVB63CC50. The total Order Value was 1622.25
The app shows that all the items were delivered to me. But practically only 4 items were delivered. The one named "TOONYPORT Half Sleeves Lets Hang Out Printed Tee & Shorts - Yellow" was not delivered to me at all. The packet contained only one item named TOONYPORT Half Sleeves Seamless Trees Printed Tee With Shorts - White & Black. In fact out of the two sets which was supposed to be delivered, the set comprising of yellow T-shirt and black half pant was missing. Even after lodging several complaints to firstcry, the company didn't bother to resolve the issue, rather it is finding out means for avoid me. The status of this order was shown as delivered on 21st Sept 2023 but the product was never delivered to me. I have raised a query on first cry app for this on 25th Sept 2023. I am getting some automated calls every 2 days stating your issue will be resolved in 48 hours. Today is 1st October 2023. Till now i haven't got any resolution on this. I don't have a way to call and talk to customer service agent directly. Please deliver the order or refund my money back.

Out of the two sets that was supposed to be there in the packet I had received only the black & white one (photo attached herewith)
