I bought a breast pump from first cry on 31/05/20 online. I was delivered a nonfunctional piece. I tried contacting first cry customer care on 07/06/20 but there was no reply. I finally sent a mail on 09/06/20 and was told they will contact me after 48hrs which actually they did after 4days. Since then i have send numerous mail but even after 8days they havent rectified the mistake and i am just getting automated mails
As this is a product for very limited time o[censored]se and my child care is compromised due to this avoidable delay i would ask for a complete refund and an additional sum of 20k inr for the harassment and agony i faced.
