First cry has sent a wrong product and it is 4days the status is still the same.

I am not sure what is happening with it and there is no way to contact the customer care and the website support is just directing me to digital support which is not giving the correct status.
This is frustrating as we are not able to talk to anyone and there are no updates on the website.
