The product turned out to be faulty. I do accept that, it was mitake from my side to reach out to them little late. Howeverm, their store guys also accepted about the faulty product.
However, first cry customer care is asking me to talk to baby hug & vice versa.
it's more than 45 days from my complaint, these guys are just doing nothing.
I am willing to even for fixing the product but the team on call is so rude. Was this information helpful? |
