I bought the babyhug tricycle and when I received the product some important part was missing from the packages so I raised the replacement complaint on 2nd may. Now after that I got few calls regarding they provide the missing parts but it took 6 days to take photo of missing part and no further action has been taken so I ask them to provide full replacement of the product. But even after 13 days has passed no one come to pickup the defective product whenever I called in the customer care I ask me to wait.
Thier policy say Item will be pickeup within 7 to 10 days but its almost 13 days has passed.
