Firstcry.com — cancelled my order without my consent | |||
I had ordered couple of items (With some offer) from firstcry.com on 1-may-2018 but not received my order even after 20 days. When followed up with the customer care they said, my order hass lost and they have refunded the amount to my wallet by deducting the delivery charge. I need to raise a complaint with below concerns. 1. Why did they cancel the order without my consent, just because of their irresponsibility? 2. I requested them to reorder the same items. They replied, they cannot do that. When i try to reorder now, the price is more than the previous order. 3. Why did they deduct delivery charge even though the order is not delivered? Yeah same think is happening to me as well . The expressbee courier was stupid and they did fake updates that customer asked to hold the delivery and firstcry cancelled the order and they didnt refund the shipping charges which day light robbery. The make customer to buy products for minimum 249 to checkout the prouduct. This has to be seriously addressed.

Recently I ordered few products under first cry. Com for which I cancelled the order. But the refund process is not initiated though I made frequent requests to the customer care service for which they will simply reply that it will take 48-72 hours. But to no avail the money has not been refunded and its been more than once month
