[Resolved]  Firstcry.com — Cheated with product. Received inadequate product.

I have regularly been a customer of your products since 2020. Recently, I ordered 4 out of 3 items delivered today.

I highlighted the defective items.

1. Cotton Single Briefs Pack of 5: Out of 5, there is 1 brief that is small in size.

You can clearly see in the picture that rose star one is small of another 4 slips.

2. Antibacterial Panties: The 3 panties are the size of a newborn with a 12-18 Months label. How is that possible. Please refer to the picture :

I attach an additional image with a sample of panties that I use from the same brand 'Baby Hug' and the size is 9 to 12 months.

Though it is bloomer you can major size by the west and actually bloomer is the size of 9 to 12 months, so panty should be large because I ordered 12 to 18 months.

I want you to take a consideration that, though it's not a returnable product, it is a completely Useless product for me as my daughter is already 16 months old. Therefore, I ask you to exchange the product with the correct size of the product or you can refund my money.
Because that would obviously be losing 721 Rs. (455 for slips and 266 for panties). Besides, it would be hard for me to trust your brand and products going forward.

So I would like you to address my problem at the earliest opportunity.

This is one kind of cheating from your end. Mark on the product of 12 to 18 months and providing the size of a newborn baby. And the main element is items are not returnable.

Also, from a pack of 5 slips, only one slip you have put which is smaller in size with the same mark on the product o 12 to 18 months.

I have been a loyal customer of first cry for years and I have never ever experienced any such issue with the first cry before. I have ordered 4 products 15 days back and I have received only 03, 01 Product was missing from the packet. Although the Product name was mentioned outside the packet and the packet was in good condition. But for sure it was not inside. I have raised this complaint to first cry, but they are unable to resolve the issue. They are not refunding my money nor the product.

I have completely lost trust in the brand and I do not recommend such a brand to anyone who does have resolutions to clients' issues. I simply want my money back which I have paid for the product I have not received.
