Firstcry.com — Cheating the peoples with size fittings | |
Every time i am challenging with firstcry clothing products, i ordered clothes for 4 months' baby (Order number 6805065tveff73827). It's wondering with sizes. I have chosen size is 6m - 12m and 12m - 18m both are different orders. 6m - 12m clothes look like the fit to just born baby, and 12m - 18m clothes fit for 3 months baby. If i called to customer care they are replied as to what is the size mentioned on the cloths is correct. How they are decided the size. They are not accepting return and replacement also. Earlier already wasted 1000/- selected size 2m-3m, so i realized again ordered with 6m - 12m and 12m - 18m sizes. Don't know how they have decided sizes. Was this information helpful? | |
