[Resolved]  Firstcry.com — Clothing, shoes & accessories complaint

Dear team,

It's been more than a week and my issue still stands unresolved.
Below are the details of my product which was not delivered however still marked delivered.
I was promised with 72 hour resolution time. There have been several call and i also requested for refund however i was only promised 72 hour deadline everytime.
With no fault of mine, i have been requested to wait endlessly.
There is absolutely no proactive communication from firstcry in this regard.
