Firstcry.com — Complaint against delay in delivery and refund

I am having a club membership of FirstCry and i ordered multiple orders from 26th Aug, 2023 till 2nd Sept, 2023. All the orders are prepaid. Right from the first order till the last order i faced so many problems by not receiving any of the order till now. Only 1 order i actually received and that too only half of it which was delayed from there expected delivery date. Although i received the refund for other half of this order but i still not received the refund of the order i cancelled on 5th of September, 2023. Also the other orders i was expecting to receive on 6th of sept are still not received by me till 12th sept after repeated delays from there expected
date of delivery again and again mentioned on there website. Everytime i talk to there costumer care they just assure me that i will receive refund and ordered products without telling me why my products are getting delayed everytime.
