Firstcry.com — complaint against the glitch in firstcry app and against the customer care executive

After shortlisting dresses for my both kiddos, when I was ready to add into the cart suddenly my shortlists got empty and when I called customer care, I get a very offensive response from them that I was going on adding shortlisted items but never shopped them... as it was like I was just adding the items for timepass... and they say to select the items again... is it a joke to select so many dresses after shortlisting them from 2 weeks... and to FYI I brought 8k valued toys from their online market before week and this is the way they take care of customers. At last I figured that there is a glitch in their s/w, when any of their executives see our accounts, that particular accounts shortlisted items get emptied... instead of accepting their glitches in the s/w their executives behave in a very offensive manner...
