I had ordered cor cum Rocker and received damaged product. Upon several complaint team told either to go with replacement or fresh issue of only damaged part.
Issue of damaged part was told to be quick as they had parts a available with vendors compared to replacement which might take even month or more.
Now it's already 10 days and the only updatevi get is team is working on my request.
I have asked for an ETA or cancellation of product to which team has declined to everything.
Poor servive and even bad support team.
