We had procured a cot mobile from first cry and they sent us a damaged product. We even shared the pictures of the damage and they have conveniently replied saying that they will not take the return and is putting the blame of the damage on us. There is no way they can prove that we have damaged the product since the moment we opened the packet we reported the damage. I am exrmetely shocked as without proper investigation they are blaming the customer and does not want to take accountability of the problem
