Dear FirstCry Team,
I am writing to raise a serious complaint regarding the return pickup of my order. I had purchased a Giraffe Slider from FirstCry, and upon delivery, I found the product to be in poor condition. Hence, I raised a return/replacement request on 6 March — the same day I received it.
Since then, it has been over 30 days, but the return pickup has still not been completed.
Every day, I receive SMS notifications with the pickup partner’s details, including the delivery person’s name and mobile number. However:
No pickup agent has visited even once.
When I try to call the assigned delivery person, my calls are not answered.
The status keeps showing scheduled pickup, but no action is taken.
This delay is causing significant inconvenience and clearly falls under deficiency in service as highlighted in various consumer complaints related to FirstCry's pickup delays.
Additionally, the National Consumer Helpline guidelines support filing complaints when service providers fail to act on legitimate return/refund issues. [consumerco...plaints.in] [services.i...dia.gov.in]
I request you to:
Arrange an immediate return pickup for my order.
Process my refund/replacement without any further delay.
Take action to ensure such issues do not recur.
