Firstcry.com — Denial of the refund of the returned product. | |||||
I have returned 3 products to the firstcry of order no: 6941463fvl7042fcf 1. Babyhug singlet 2. Babyhug woven top 3. Cutewalk sandals (Pink). Now i have received the refund amount of 2 products. But i haven't received the refund amount of babyhug woven top, as acknowledged by the customer care of firstcry over phone. They are denying my money and lying the fact that i haven't returned the product yet! I have returned all the 3 products all at once. Why would i keep the product to myself?! All those products returned are small in size. Those do not fit my baby. Before returning the products, i have provided the pictures of those 3 products. Babyhug singlet and babyhug woven top were returned in a separate firstcry box. Cutewalk pink sandal was provided in a different first cry box. Again, now they are asking for the acknowledgment slip of the return. Pickup has been done before too. But never ever any acknowledgement slip was provided to me. So this time also i was not provided any acknowledgement slip. In a nutshell, the firstcry team has not only cheated my money but also the trust of a mother. I want my money back.
