Firstcry.com — Fake undelivered reason

Hi Team

I have ordered babyhug Amber car seat cum carry cot on 27th Oct and it is expected to deliver on 31st Oct . Even on 30th itself it came to hub near me but till today Nov 3rd it’s not delivered and they mentioned fake undelivered reason saying product couldn’t be delivered due to consignee requested for future delivery. Please take action on this and help to deliver products on time.
