Firstcry.com — firstcry.com cheating me and not fiving refund even after collecting the dress since 3 months | |||
This is complaint regarding firstcry.com which has failed to refund the amount since 3 months i have returned Enfance core flower print sleeveless dress. On november 29th 2019, i received a message that return request has been generated. A guy called me from Delivery.com bangalore. I gave the dress to the guy who came from delivery.com (+[protected],[protected] When the refund did not happen even after week, i contacted first cry, they say wait 72 hours. I contacted the Guy who picked up, he said i have left job, i have given the dress to delivery.com office triveni road, yeswanthpur bangalore. I went to that office, the manager there say that guy left job, he will talk to delivery.com customer care. I kept calling first cry customer care, they keep saying case has been escalated and wait 3 days more. This is going on since 3 months. The worst customercare of firstcry. They have no power to resolve the queries and for small refund they are taking 3 months and still no resolution. Was this information helpful? | |||
