Firstcry.com — FirstCry delivered incorrect size what was ordered and now not accepting return by showing policy of not returnable product

Hello Team,

I have raised app and email complaint both to firstcry and still no satisfactory resolution.

We had ordered babies socks for 2-3 years old age size but product size delivered for new born.

Next day of product delivery we raised request for return but first cry rejected stating that this is not returnable product.
