The car was delivered on 10th june and it was defective.
I tried contacting customer care but it was not available.
Order status of the product was not delivered till 26th june because of which i could not place a replacement request.
Finally i found the contact email id on 21st june on which i had sent email about the defective product and i was asked to sent the product invoice and box photos. I sent the email with the product video and the required photos.
I was informed on email that you guys will mark the product delivered after which i can place replacement request.
Today at 3 pm the product was marked delivered and now i am not getting the replacement option and you are saying that the time has lapsed.
You kept stalling me for past 6 days that product status will be marked delivered and then i will be able to place replacement request. Was this information helpful? |
