Firstcry.com — FirstCry Worst Service

I ordered a Diaper (ESSENTIAL ITEM) on 19 September, 2021 and it was out of delivery on 22 September. But the courier person passed the wrong information to firstcry to make a reason for not delivering the product and misbehaved with me.
For the last 6 days I have contacted customer care but still FIRST CRY have not delivered the product and no action has been taken against the delivery person for mentally harassing the customer.
