Firstcry.com — I cancelled the complete order still charged shipping

I cancelled the complete order and was still charged the shipping charges even though i cancelled the order within 24 hours of placing the order.

The order is still not delivered to me, i do not understand why do i have to pay the shipping if the product is not delivered to the customer. Is the company making money charging shipping without even the order being sent to the customer. This is just frivolous.
