I have ordered multiple items for my niece birthday. All the products i ordered was not as expected. One of the item i ordered was toyshine battery operated kitchen set - pink. This item was delivered with missing parts.
I called first cry customer support and was asked to raise online return request. While raising online request i selected product missing option and the request was cancelled mentioning wrong reason. I raised another request and it was cancelled asking to raise request as parts missing instead of product missing.
