Respected Sir,
 
I am writing to bring to your attention serious concerns regarding the functioning of Firstcry Intellitots Preschool & Day Care”, situated at Road No. 13, P. S - Mango, Azadnagar, Jamshedpur, East Singhbhum, Jharkhand - 832110 runed by its NRI (Qatar) Franchise Director/Principal (Husband & Wife) named “Nadeem Quasmi”/ “Saniya Iqbal”, Temporary address - Iqra Colony, Road No. 18, P. S - Azadnagar, Mango, Jamshedpur, East Singhbhum, Jharkhand - 832110, Head Office situated at Rajashree Business Park, Plot No. 114, Survey No. 338, Tadiwala Road, Near Sohrab Hall, Pune - 411001.
 
Every parent, including ME were/are facing unethical practices and administrative negligence in this institution from couple of years. The Director/Principal were always and at present as usual are absent & afraid (flew to Qatar) to discuss any matter/grievance with we parents physically nor telephonic for the closer or opening of the School for the Class Toddler, Nursery/PP1 or PP2, Their Contact numbers provided by them are fake - bearing Mob. No.- [protected], previously No Parents Teachers Associations were formed, nor any meeting records were mentioned with our signatures, Allows junk foods results into abolition of FSSAI rules, No health checkup facilities were provided to children nor good First Aid & Medicine Kits are available, Common toilets  for children, Duties of Teacher and caregiver were worst, No meetings were organized for the relevant information about the child, at present closing of the school Hampering the child knowledge/potential & talent, Account & Audits might not being disclosed to local authority, No Affidavits for the office bearers, admits child below 3 years, despite government guidelines on school fees, the school and its franchise continued to levy excessive charges in the name of miscellaneous fees, development funds and compulsory materials, i. e the study materials are kept in their custody only.
 
The hidden setting-up/establishment of this Play School without the inspection/recognition of the competent authority led to closure of the school,  non continuity of session results deficit growth during Early Childhood Care & Education.
 
These issues have caused great distress among small students and we parents alike. We request your esteemed office to kindly initiate a thorough investigation into the operations of School and its franchise.
 
We also urge you to conduct inspections of these institutions to ensure compliance with the right to Education Act and other Acts  or regulatory framework.
 
We trust that appropriate actions shall be taken to safeguard the rights and well being of the play school children and ensure that educational standards are upheld across all schools in the district.

After the abovementioned link news all teachers, staffs and especially Principal were trying to scare, torture and blackmail mother through online messages on instagram, The principal shared the resume/private data to outsiders to scare, torture, mentally harass and blackmail the mother, the life of the mother and the child is in danger now, The school Principal, teachers and staffs are not trustworthy, they can cause serious injury or loss of life to the mother or child.

So, it's a very urgent and humble request to kindly verify the schools and its management according to schools, child and women rights or acts, and also take legal actions against them for blackmail and threatening.
