Am writing to you to raise an issue about: clothing, shoes & accessories The issue that i have experienced was: i have placed an order on 6th may 2020 my money was deducted from my account! And was approved by firstcry! Den i emailed them about this problem they are saying the money is not with them again and again everytime they are saying to contact the bank! Then i visited the branch they are saying as per your complain the money was transferred to the first cry only! Still they are saying they haven't received the money yet! I have showed them my account statement also! They are not showing Was this information helpful? | |||
