Dear Sir / Madam, I am writing to you to raise an issue about refund amount The issue that I have experienced was: I had returned 5 items, out of which I received the refund for only 3. This way done way before lockdown in March. I patiently waited and even emailed the customer care team. I was told that due to lockdown the process will take longer. Since then I have sent several emails and I receive replies stating that the matter has been escalated and every time a new person calls who is unaware of the case and tells me to wait for some more time. We are now in august and things have started functioning quite normally but yet they haven't returned my money. Probably the courier agency has misplaced the items or where it has gone that I don't know but as a loyal customer, my refund money is my right. I even asked the customer care to put me onto someone senior but that was never done. I feel cheated and this is Extremely wrong for such a big company. It occurred on: 15/03/2020 Return my money and ensure such things don't happen again I look forward to your prompt response on this matter.
