I placed an order for a kid troley from Firstcry for my family trip. I recieved a defected item and I submitted a return and refund request on the 16th September along with a picture of the defect. After several queries, their customer service rep told me to speak to the vendor, which is really not my responsibility as I did not purchase from him. I still called the vendor and he was angry that I called him for such issue. After 15 days of inquiring about the pickup of my return item, the customer service told me to self retun the item. I have personally shipped my return item to the sender on the 1st October 2022 via Indian Post and my shipped item was delivered on 10th Otober.
For the pass 20 day, everytime I enquired, they sent me a system generated email asking me to wait for 7 days. This is very disturbing and upsetting from firstcry. Please help
