This is regarding the product ordered on firstcry.com. We assumed that we could get the genuine product since we have ordered from first cry.com which remains in the top for kids online shopping but later we realised that it's not true and received the faulty product. The toy Taking Tom worth Rs.500 was ordered from the fristcry.com application, the product was delivered within the time but it was not working. It was noticed to the company through customer care service, but there's is no response from the company on replacement or refund. In the form of online shopping the company is selling the faulty products. Here by we want the refund amount or replacement. So request you to provide us the justice on this issue.
