It has been over 7 days since the despatch of the parcel; however, it has not been delivered or contacted by any delivery person. but there was a checkpoint on tracking website Customer wants future delivery without any of my knowledge. When I contacted the customer service of xpress bees yesterday and today at the morning both of the agents promised me that shipment will deliver today itself, at the end of the day there is no contact from xpress bees regarding delivery. Again I contacted customer service, agent pick up the phone and he cannot arrange a delivery by today therefore they will deliver the shipment tomorrow in a silly way nothing else he has to say,
If xpress bees can't able to keep there promise or proper delivery arrangements then why Firstcry is using this kind of non professional courier services to waste customers time and money. Was this information helpful? |
