I have initiated refund of amount to my first cry wallet to my account on 1st october 2019, an amount of rs.447.11. The first cry team said that it will reflect in your account but till date it was not credited to my account. Many times i had called to customer care team but i did not get any response. Recently the first cry team asked to send account statement before 3 days i have sent the statement to the team, after receiving they told you will get reply from 24 to 48 hours but till date i did not get any reply. Today also i had called once again but today also they told the same thing 24 to 48 hours you will get reply, please take it as priority basis and help me in getting the amount to my account

I placed an order on Fristcry.com for the baby Pampers, it was showing next day delivery, Free and Guaranteed but I didn't received the product on 9th November. I called up customer care multiple times on 10th and received no information on the delivery as well.
