I purchased a pair of shoes from first cry. Since the size did not fit, I raised a return request. Initially they said return pick up is not available in my area. Asked to send through courier. But the company name was not there and no contact number of the warehouse. This resulted in a delay of almost a month. They they said return pick up is available. However no one is coming to pick up. 2000ra is stuck due to first cry fraudulent services.
