Firstcry.com — order delayed by 3 days no help from first cry

My order is being delayed from last 3 days. The order contains diapers which were to be delivered the very next day of delivery. Every time i call customer care they say we understand. There "we understand" is not getting my order still because they need to do something about this. Few consoling words can cheer up a kid i am big enough for this i know that without first cry providing a solution for this nothing will happen. I can not be stuck always with such things. U should provide a solution.
