Firstcry.com — Payment cancelled but amount deducted | |||
My 2 orders of total Rs. 2878.87 is stuck with firstcry. In both the cases payment was done through UPI. Amount has been debited from my account but order got cancel on there website. Now when I am asking for refund they asked me to share my bank statement. I did that as well but still they have not refunded the amount. Its really frustating that i am chasing and they ask to wait for 24-48 hrs. Now its more than 5 days i am still waiting. Can i please get my amount back. Was this information helpful? | |||
