I have purchased one tri cycle for my child from your kanpur store at z square mall in the month of may.. Due to poor assembling, the cycle broke down the very next day.
On several telephonic complaints and personal visit to your store numerous times, one executive visited my residence at anandpuri kanpur today i. E.in the month of december... It took him atleast an hour to find my home and i tried him at least 10 calls whether he reached, has finished his job, but he did not attend the call nor has he done his job properly.
