I am a regular customer of FIRST CRY company and ordering the products from last one year and never faced any issue related to delivery specially.
But recently I had placed an prepaid order on First Cry App on[protected] for Rs 1427.82/- and the order number was 16921894JPO8DC1ADB. In this order, I purchased 2 babyhug full sleeves winter jackets and on the next day[protected] I received a box from First Cry in which there was only one single jacket.
Then I immediately approached to the First Cry company and informed them about the non delivery of second jacket and shared the all the required image proofs which clearly says that only one single jacket has been shipped from FirstCry. I had also discussed the issue with their courier partner (XrpressBees) and even they were also saying that they had received only one single box product from First Cry.
But now when I checked into the order section, the product was appearing as delivered but I didn't receive the product yet from the FirstCry.
From then FirstCry team is completely ignoring the issue and saying that they had shipped both the products on the same day. they even rejecting my return request in FirstCry app if I am using the "product missing" option.
I have asked the FirstCry team to provide me any proof which shows that both the products have been delivered by you but till now they are not giving me any proof and neither giving my missing product nor issuing refund for the non deliverable product.
I would request you to please take strict legal action against FirstCry company and penalise them by monetary mode and instruct them to provide me either product or refund ASAP.
