Placed an order for two products for my newborn. Firstcry marked it as delivered but it was not delivered. I didn't get a call from the delivery personnel either.
I raised an issue in the app. They called me 2 days later and promised that it should be delivered in 48 hrs. But it is still not delivered. And they closed the issue without informing me. I opened another issue. They did the same promise and still didn't deliver and closed the issue. I have no way to reach them as customer support number goes to a robo call which refused to connect me to a person and always says "You already have an issue open". I also sent an email asking them to either deliver or provide refund and didn't get a response till now.
