Firstcry.com — product not delivered and asking extra money while delivering the order.

Have purchased diapers and tung cleaners from first cry its cost is 666 rupees and they sent diapers in one parcel and tung cleaners in another parcel. One parcel is 566 but they are asking 597 rupees i don't know why and i said them that i will contact customer care. I contacted customer care also but i didn't get my order yet.
