I have ordered a baby diaper from first cry and the estimated delivery date was 14Dec2022 and Parcel was out for delivery on 13 Dec2022 itself and Delivery Agent contacted me and told me that No service available for my address and they asked me to collect the parcel from certain place which is 12 Km from my home. Then I complained to First Cry customer care on the same day and First cry team asked me to raise a concern mentioning fake reason for non delivery and promised me to deliver the order and I was following up with them for continuous 3 days the and no action taken .
Every day morning the status of the order will be updated to Out for Delivery and evening it will be updated as "Failed due to incomplete address". Today Also I have received a message that Out for delivery and evening it will be updated as Failed due to Incomplete address.
