I had ordered 01 bicycle from first cry on 01.12.2015 (Order Number:66483OK[protected] but still the product is not delivered. I had followed up multiple times but still the same is undelivered & they are saying the product in transit from 02.12.2015. 20 days had already been passed & product is still in transit. Customer care is not picking the call & on emailing them proper resolution is not provided. I want order to be cancelled & full refund to be provided.
