Worst customer service from Firstcry
1. firstcry deliver product but at the time of return they ask for self return and same is not specified to customer when ordering
Issue is for below two product. When called customer they said delivery partner issue but what customer supposed to do.

2. Product toy scooter self returned by us but refund is not given saying we have returned wrong colour product inspite we sent exactly same product. serious fraud.

3. Many products returns approved but still revrse pick up done after 7 days and no refun.
