Hi
Despite continuous follow up on my orders, first cry has failed to deliver the product in time and with no further update till date. The logistic team and the customer service team does. It have any firm updates and can only sound helpless by stating " your stuff will be delivered asap".
Full amount has been paid for the products already. This need to be published across sites about carelessness of the company to deliver on their commitment.
