Hi Team, The following is the complaint I want to register with Firstcry-
I am a loyal Amazon user. I am using Amazon even before it was launched in India, back in 2006 in the US. Since it was launched here in India, I have been an extreme loyalist. Till the time I stumbled on your FirstCry site and found it intriguing.
Little did I know, though your concept is good and in tune with Indian requirements, you also have an Indian customer care executive, who is one of the worst I have encountered in India. Asking an 8-month pregnant lady to click a picture of 100 rupees clothes in a Professional Photographer mode with different angles, lighting, etc.
I recommend along with your membership, please include a professional photography course for a fee and I would be happy to get my 8-month pregnant wife trained so that she can deal with your customer care executive and provide THEM all the support they need to confirm the item, rather than take their support for her convenience. Good luck you will need it with this type of staff.
I will drop an email to Mr. Mahindra for his investment of time and maybe he can sponsor a photography course for First Cry. I will update you.
